Website Audit & Optimized Prototype
We've completed a comprehensive CRO audit of your Join page and built a fully optimized prototype showing what your new site could look like. Here's what's inside:
A complete review of your Join page's ability to connect families with your DTA program

Your page has genuine heart — authentic testimonials, a detailed program description, and an experienced team. But several issues are silently turning families away: broken code visible on the page, a contact form buried at the very bottom, and a headline that speaks to clinicians instead of parents. The good news? Most fixes are straightforward and your content foundation is strong.
How your page performs across the areas that matter most
The specific issues holding your page back — and what to do about each one
Just above the contact form, there's a block of raw programming code visible to every visitor. It starts with {"field_7bf5613":{"display_mode":"show"... and appears to be leaked configuration from a conditional fields plugin. This immediately makes the page look broken and unprofessional.
The fix: Check the Elementor editor for the form section and remove or hide the exposed JSON block. This is the single most damaging visual issue on the page.
Your page title is simply "Join - careLOFT" — this tells Google nothing. The sharing description starts with your street address: "Located near you 21031 N. Cave Creek Rd. Suite F3Phoenix, AZ 85024...". Notice "F3Phoenix" is run together with no space.
The fix: Change the page title to "Day Program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities | careLOFT Phoenix". Write a proper meta description for search and social sharing.
The hero shows your logo and a clinical headline but there is no button to take action. The only way to contact you is scrolling past the entire page to reach a form at the very bottom. On mobile, that's 8+ screens of scrolling.
What's needed: Add a prominent "Schedule a Tour" button in the hero section, linked to the form below. Also add a floating CTA button for mobile visitors.
Your H1 is "Day Treatment for Adults (DTA)" — this is industry jargon. A parent doesn't think in acronyms. They're looking for "a safe place for my son during the day."
What's needed: Rewrite to speak to the decision-maker: "A Safe, Joyful Day Program Where Your Loved One Thrives."
A dropdown is literally labeled "Dropdown". The submit button just says "Send". The form asks 7+ fields including preferred day, time, and contact method — a lot of decisions just to express initial interest.
What's needed: Rename labels, change "Send" to "Request Information," and simplify to name, phone, email, and message.
Three genuinely touching member testimonials from Jared, Chris, and Sam are your most persuasive content. But they're placed after the team bios, near the very end. Most visitors will never scroll far enough to see them.
What's needed: Move the testimonial carousel higher — ideally right after "What We Offer."
Eric's bio is 4 paragraphs covering his hometown and sports hobbies. Families don't need to know Eric likes hiking — they need to know he's qualified and cares about their child.
What's needed: Trim each bio to 2–3 sentences focusing on qualifications and motivation.
All images have empty alt="" tags. Screen readers skip them entirely — a significant accessibility issue, especially for a disability services website.
What's needed: Add descriptive alt text to every image.
The phone section displays a literal "PHONE" label. The footer misspells "Eligibility" as "Eiligibility." The phone number isn't a tap-to-call link. Copyright says 2024.
What's needed: Fix labels, spelling, add tel: link, update copyright. Each takes 2 minutes.
Parents will have questions: Is this covered by DDD funding? Do you provide transportation? What's the staff-to-member ratio? Without an FAQ, these become reasons not to reach out.
What's needed: Add a short FAQ section above the contact form addressing common family questions.
